Ultra Low Energy Homes: • designed to meet your specific needs • providing a comfortable, future proof and energy efficient house • for a secure and low carbon lifestyle. Many people believe that Net Zero Carbon, passively designed homes are too expensive to build. But this does not have to be the case. I designed my own generous 4 bedroom family house 10 years ago and it was not expensive. It cost the same as building any one-off house of a similar size that I've ever designed. • I have been designing low energy houses for 25 years. • I designed my own award winning low carbon passive house 10 years ago and it won the Buildings and Energy Efficiency Award using actual energy use and running cost figures - it performs as well as it was designed to! • In 2022 we made a net profit of £240 on our energy costs… • You don't need to live close to me to benefit from my knowledge - we can work together online.
